Common questions.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. An upgrade starts at once. You pay only the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade starts with the next period.
How does the trial work?
You try Creator or Studio free for 14 days. Then you decide if you stay. If not, you move to Start automatically.
How much do I save with a yearly plan?
You pay for 10 months and get 12. Creator is then €10 a month, Studio €24.
What if I need more than 25 accounts?
On the Studio plan, you add more accounts. Each 10 accounts cost €10 a month. Example: 40 accounts cost €29 + €20 = €49 a month. Above 100 accounts, we make you an Enterprise offer.
Do I need a credit card?
No. For the Start plan, an email address is enough.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of any month. Yearly plans run to the end of the year.
Does Creator Machine post for me?
Not yet. Right now you plan and track your posts. Direct posting to Instagram and TikTok is planned.
Where is my data stored?
On our own server in Europe. There is no third-party backend and no ad trackers.
